As mentioned in the last newsletter, the off-season is now here. You have a great opportunity to enhance your potential as a player. Hockey specific training will allow you to compete at your highest level possible next season. Currently our website is being totally redesigned, with training manuals, supplements, training equipment and much more being made available for purchasing online. HOCKEY SPECIFIC EXERCISE OF THE WEEK:

The side bridge is a great exercise to improve your obliques, which serve to create a stable base to push against when striding. Perform two sets of 12 reps per side.
